Malek Burshan has obtained his Higher Diploma in Entrepreneurship through St. Martin’s Institute in 2018. Thereafter, he progressed to achieving his BSC in Business Administration with International Business from Royal Holloway – University of London. Malek is currently also enrolled with ACCA to complete his studies in the accounting field.

Prior to joining Borg Galea, Malek worked as a client accountant with two local firms. In his current role as a Junior Auditor as well as an ACCA student, Malek believes that the shift to audit and his ACCA journey will broaden his experience in the field of audit and accounting whilst preparing him to to advance further within the audit industry.

As part of the audit team, Malek is involved in audit planning, execution process and in handling small-sized companies.

Outside of work, Malek leads an active lifestyle for he enjoys horse jumping, swimming and football.
