Caroline has graduated from the University of Malta as a teacher of Personal, Social and Career Development and has taught in secondary schools for seven years. Her favourite aspect from the subject was Career Development, which involved training and preparing young teens for the world of work.

Since she always had an interest in recruitment, mentoring, learning and development as well as talent management, she decided to take this a step further by pursuing a Masters in Leadership and Organisational Development with Dublin City University. This enabled her to learn and acquire the skillset needed to shift her teaching profession to the HR function.

While pursuing this Masters, Caroline developed a new interest in digital marketing. Eventually, she completed a distance learning programme to obtain a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing. This diploma further added to Caroline’s skillset and enabled her to obtain a broad understanding of important digital marketing concepts like SEO, content writing, website optimisation and data analytics amongst other vital components. Caroline also has experience working in other industries such as language schools, fitness, aviation and journalism.
